{"id":10585,"date":"2024-04-08T22:00:14","date_gmt":"2024-04-08T22:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/business-analyst-korean-speaking\/"},"modified":"2024-04-08T22:00:14","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T22:00:14","slug":"business-analyst-korean-speaking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/business-analyst-korean-speaking\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst (Korean Speaking)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Konnect Personnel Ltd<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a338,000 &#8211; \u00a350,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 31\/03\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process global-single ERP system transactions as a salesperson and a project manager from preparing quotations, making contracts, creating and issuing invoices to project completion<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the internal stakeholders e.g. procurement team, to ensure timely project completion and deliveries of the services<\/li>\n<li>Yearly and monthly business performance forecasting and reporting via Excel<\/li>\n<li>Month-end closing including invoicing to customers and payment to suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the finance department and asset manager for IT assets management in the internal databases for both finance and operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EDUCATION:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to degree level or equivalent essential.<\/li>\n<li>SAP system and process training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:<br \/>Essential: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to speak, read and write bilingual in English\/Korean would be considered as a mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Computing\/ Technical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Sales<\/li>\n<li>Good use of MS Office (Especially Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Good communication \/ Negotiation skill<\/li>\n<li>Good Attitude and strong Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of Multi-culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Others &#8211; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers and a good understanding of the SAP system<\/p>\n<p>EXPERIENCE:<br \/>Essential: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiences in sales support (making contracts\/ billing\/ negotiating etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HOURS OF WORK:<br \/>37.5 hour week.
