{"id":10360,"date":"2024-04-05T19:00:09","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T19:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/customer-service-advisor-19\/"},"modified":"2024-04-05T19:00:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T19:00:09","slug":"customer-service-advisor-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/customer-service-advisor-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Fresh Recruit<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a325,000 &#8211; \u00a326,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 05\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service Advisor, Letchworth<\/p>\n<p>A great opportunity to join a small but well-established client in Letchworth as a Customer Service Advisor, a newly created role where you will help develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of customer\/supplier orders  and queries\/complaints.<\/p>\n<p>You will also support the business with marketing and annual exhibitions, whilst also supporting other members of the team as and when required.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer customer support enquires, order processing, picking &amp; packing customer orders \/supplier orders within the stipulated deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Patiently listen to customers and connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Learn the functions of the system to log in and respond to customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately record and log interaction with customers and update account information and be able to retrieve this information to create reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers. Maintain stock management and count cycles within the agreed schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Receipt and reconcile all supplier orders, report all discrepancies and issues directly to line manager within 24hrs.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriately address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery, and delayed delivery to inform customers.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales.<\/li>\n<li>Meet regularly with the team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service, response times etc.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the warehouse with receipt of supplier orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate Specification: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous customer support experience<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to learn and ability to pick things up quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Results driven.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work well as part of a team but equally as effective using your own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Good prioritising and organisational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#163;25,000 &#8211; &#163;26,000 DOE<\/p>\n<p>Monday to Friday 9am &#8211; 5pm (half hour lunch)<\/p>\n<p>21 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising by 1 day each year up to a total of 25)<\/p>\n<p>Nest Pension<\/p>\n<p>It is with regret that we are unable to respond personally to each individual application due to the high volume of CVs we receive on a daily basis.
