You&#8217;ll be responsible for implementing and assisting with marketing activities  to achieve departmental targets and key performance indicators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in executing the marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Handle all event preparations, including printing literature and organizing couriers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage external gifting from conceptualization to delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the marketing literature library and literature.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research, source, and order branded merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the central contact for literature and branded goods for the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain a branded stocktake sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad hoc marketing support for Internal Sales and Business Development Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Design document artwork, including leaflets, business cards, and website documents.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain website content.<\/li>\n<li>Manage purchase orders, invoices, and tracking processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good IT skills, particularly across marketing-related software such as Adobe Suites.<\/li>\n<li>Some marketing-related experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Calm demeanour with a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Creative flair with a knack for innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative skills are essential, with a focus on meticulousness and precision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Additional Information:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll be part of a small marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.
