Their focus is on high levels of customer service and service standards, setting this Company apart from its competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this Regional Service Manager position, you should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be enthusiastic and a strong communicator who understands what\u2019s involved with working with an engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Have managed Mobile Engineers or be a Team Leader looking for your next step.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably had a technical background and understand the Engineers point of view.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to make decisions independently and know the impact of the choices you make.<\/li>\n<li>Be motivated to build strong relationships with Engineers and Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Have first class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to set targets and manage KPI\u2019s and lead a team to a world class performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Regional Service Manager you will be managing a team of Field Service Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and building relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>You will be working within the constraints of a P&amp;L and increasing profitability via cost &amp; revenue control.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of all your Field Service Engineer&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction, stock control and revenue generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Package &amp; Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to &#163;52k basic<\/li>\n<li>10% Bonus<\/li>\n<li>Tesla<\/li>\n<li>Phone &amp; Laptop<\/li>\n<li>Contributory pension<\/li>\n<li>Private Healthcare (Ability to add Family)<\/li>\n<li>33 Days Holiday inc.
