We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being through comprehensive assessment, support, and intervention.<\/p>\n
Your Role: As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the rights and well-being of adults in our community. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the individual, their families, and relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Advocate for the rights and best interests of vulnerable adults, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and services.<\/p>\n
Monitor and review the progress of individuals, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions in accordance with legal and professional standards.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Degree in Social Work<\/p>\n
