PQE LEVEL : 1-5 YRS<\/strong>
LOCATION: READING\/ HYBRID<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous experience of Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work, acting primarily for Insolvency Practitioners but also lenders and private individuals.
\u2022 Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (both corporate and personal insolvency matters).
\u2022 Advocacy experience preferable.
\u2022 Good negotiating skills.
\u2022 Ability to work unsupervised (when necessary).
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\u2022 Work effectively as part of a team.
\u2022 Excellent keyboard skills plus good knowledge of Microsoft office software.
\u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\u2022 Client following (desirable) <\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing own caseload and responsible for progressing files with the supervision of the Partner whilst working on a diverse caseload.
\u2022 Provide supervisory assistance to the team\u2019s junior members;
\u2022 Be involved with and attend business development events;
\u2022 Have a positive and ambitious personality;
\u2022 Be able to work effectively in situations where there are time sensitivities.<\/p>\n
