This role offers an exciting array of responsibilities within a bustling and dynamic team environment.<\/p>\n<p>Role Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day caseload for Court of Protection and Private Client matters.<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming client calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Keep clients and external agencies informed about the progress of their cases.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with various entities including Courts, Probate Registry, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and agencies as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with clients both in person and remotely as required by the case.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently administer Court of Protection matters.<\/li>\n<li>Provide supervision and guidance to a team handling Court of Protection cases.<\/li>\n<li>Administer estate matters with precision and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to the development of new business for the team, cultivating relationships with existing contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to generate blog content related to private client work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of five years PQE in handling Court of Protection matters, HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate\/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in property work (desirable).<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car (desirable).<\/li>\n<li>A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ambition, sound decision-making abilities, and confidence in client interactions.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment while also being flexible and accommodating.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Case Management Systems and Laserforms (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets (essential).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My client offers a stimulating work environment with ample opportunities for professional development and growth.
