We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our clients team in Somerset and the surrounding areas and therefore access to your  own transport is essential.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Our client is committed to helping customers lead independent lifestyles post-diagnosis or health condition.
