Thames Valley-Thames Quarter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Savills<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 26\/11\/2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide on site lettings and property management services to exciting build to rent residential schemes in the Thames Valley \u2013 Thames Quarter a total of 315 apartments across the scheme.<\/p>\n<p>To be the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in. <\/p>\n<p>To ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to residents, engage with residents to create a sense of community within the development. <\/p>\n<p>To assist RSMs and site teams and provide assistance when cover is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time<\/li>\n<li>Reporting building issues to the relevant member of the team<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication of important information, ensuring appropriate channels are used<\/li>\n<li>Responding to rental enquiries, booking in and conducting viewings and agreeing offers<\/li>\n<li>Completing all applicant vetting in line with Savills procedures<\/li>\n<li>Processing offers and completing all tenancy documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide first class customer service to residents<\/li>\n<li>Organising and running tenant services via third parties and in house<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring up to date resident communication via various channels including social media<\/li>\n<li>Creating a community feel through communication, events and innovations<\/li>\n<li>To act as first point of call for residents to report maintenance issues or other requests<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinating all contractor appointments and defect warranty repairs, logging issues in order that required service levels are attained<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments<\/li>\n<li>Organising minor works between tenancies to maintain first class presentation of apartments<\/li>\n<li>Completing check in and check out reports;
