I am pleased to be working with a fantastic client based in the North London area and as such they have a requirement for a Personal Assistant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This role is to predominately provide high level 1:1 support to the Senior Director and his Team.<\/p>\n Please note this is a fully office-based role with core working hours of Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm. <\/p>\n You will provide comprehensive PA support and ensure that all operational tasks are managed efficiently.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Providing high-level administrative support by way of diary management, expenses, board reports and meeting preparation<\/p>\n \u2022 Act as a liaison between SLT, H&S Manager and Head of Customer Service<\/p>\n \u2022 Manage and prioritise incoming requests, emails, screening phone calls and responding or redirecting as necessary<\/p>\n \u2022 Supporting the efficient management of the office, collaborating with all team members to create a positive working environment<\/p>\n The successful Personal Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks within set timeframes<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to perform your role with integrity, discretion and confidentiality<\/p>\n \u2022 Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the business working across all functions<\/p>\n \u2022 Organisation of complex diaries and events<\/p>\n This role is suitable for an experienced Personal Assistant <\/strong>with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.<\/p>\n If you feel you have proven experience as specified above, then please submit your CV via this job advert where I will be shortlisting as per my client’s brief.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 01\/05\/2024
