Finance Business Partner required for market leading and highly profitable Consumer business based in Hatfield giving a large degree of Hybrid working<\/strong><\/p>\n A brand new role has been created within a fast paced business with a reputation for employee retention and progression. This represents the perfect opportunity for a recently qualified Accountant looking to gain commercial exposure and career development.<\/strong><\/p>\n Whilst reporting into the Head of Finance and working closely with the wider finance team and operations you will be involved in Management Reporting. Forecasting and Budgeting, providing commercial insight and other areas of finance.<\/p>\n Key Accountabilities and activities include:<\/p>\n Assisting with Annual Budget and quarterly re-forecasting<\/p>\n Management reporting along with review, commentary recommendations and insight<\/p>\n Building relationships with Operations teams in order to gain commercial insight and business partnering.<\/p>\n Cash-flow forecasting and balance-sheet review<\/p>\n Supporting the ongoing improvement of financial policies<\/p>\n Assisting in other areas of Group reporting<\/p>\n The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified Accountant with an appetite to learn and progress.
