Role Requirements:
• Proven experience in Project Management/Administration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of business processes and workflows.
• Experience in working with developers or creatives.
• Understanding of UX optimisation, digital marketing, and PRINCE2 would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding and aligning with customer project objectives.
• Collaborating with the technical team to write Project Proposals and Estimates.
• Maintaining customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing and prioritising workload for a team of developers.
• Testing and signing off on project deliverables.
• Maintaining account relationships to foster growth opportunities.
