Role Responsibilities:
- Web Presence Management: Oversee and optimize the company’s website in collaboration with our agency,
- Starberry, ensuring it reflects our brand essence, values, and offerings.
- Work Request Coordination: Liaise with Starberry for efficient handling of work requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- User Experience (UX): Apply insights and best practices to enhance website usability, aiming for a seamless, customer-centric experience.
- Lead Generation Insights: Drive lead generation strategies through the website, using analytics and data-driven approaches to enhance conversion rates.
- SEO Understanding: Utilize SEO principles to optimize website visibility and ranking, enhancing organic traffic and engagement.
- Content Administrator Oversight: Manage and guide the Content Administrator to maintain a consistent, high-quality content flow aligned with our marketing goals.
- Collaborative Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align web strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web management and collaboration with external agencies.
- Strong understanding of user experience, lead generation, and SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative working approach.
