My client a leading, modern, successful Manufacturing/Distribution company, circa 35 staff with a very employee friendly and supportive culture is seeking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative for a permanent opportunity at their head office in Yeadon, NW Leeds, LS19.
This role is exclusively with us so feedback will be prompt and the process will run fairly swiftly.
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and enthusiastic demeanour is as important as the experience.
The role:
The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:
Multi tasking, picking, packing and some cut shop.
Maintaining good levels of stock.
Unloading trucks safely and storing products correctly.
Communicating with other sectors to ensure a smooth running.
Working to deadlines at times.
IPAF or bendy and counter balance licence would be a benefit but not essential.
The Warehouse Operative will require:
A solid sense of teamwork.
The capacity to learn and take on new skills through training.
Good communication skills whilst working in a team.
