As a Vehicle Testing Fleet & Logistics Senior Manager you’ll be an organised and team-oriented individual, you would thrive on holding a clear vision and engaging with the team. Your role as a Senior Manager would involve covering all testing engineering teams and creating synergy between the Fleet & Logistics and Test team. You will be the one point of contact to bring everything together.
In this role, you will have the chance to deal with various tasks and be given important responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be organised, have a clear vision, be a good team player, and engage with the team. This role requires an individual with prior management experience, specifically with teams up to 10 people, and a background in Automotive.
As our next Senior Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving and leading the team. You’ll be responsible for team meetings, liaising with the team, and being present with them.
The Key Requirements…
- Responsible for managing the Travel and logistics through optimal use & deployment of human and financial resources
- Responsible for managing the Fleet, Benchmarking and Proving ground management through optimal use & deployment of human and financial resources
- Responsible for managing the Test Engineering Department through optimal use & deployment of human and financial resources
- Responsible for skill and career progression of the vehicle engineering team
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes involving vehicle DVP and generic vehicle fleet toolings
- Responsible for developing vehicle testing plan (DVP)
- Responsible for rationalising cross-project location
- Support programs drive events logistic
- Support the vehicle testing plan according to operation efficiency
- Department skill and career progression
- Respect of the program R&D Whole Vehicle Budget related to the Vehicle dev plan (through the VLM)
