Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Romford RM1
A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Romford RM1
Lettings experience is not a necesity , however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Canvassing activities to generate new business
Coordinating property viewings
Learn how to Effectively market properties to attract potential Tenants
Matching prospective Tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
Maintaining regular contact with Tenants and Landlords and other relevant parties
Learn how to guide applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in leu
Salary: OTE of £25.000pa Basic salary to be discussed. Must have own vehicle some expenses available
