Key Responsibilities:
Provide a quality telephone account opening service for certificated accounts being a key player in the first impression of the company
Deal with a wide range of client telephone calls and emails that include general account information and complete administration tasks
Ensure all relevant regulatory controls and procedures are followed and observed in line with FCA regulations
Perform Data verification for all new clients
Respond to investment related queries from internal departments and external customers and assist with team mailboxes
