Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor
A Portsmouth based electrical wholesaler is looking for a Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor to join the team. The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor will work either 7.30am-5pm or 8am-5.30am Monday – Friday depending on their rota. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings are also expected.
The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor will be a hard-working, enthusiastic and sales orientated individual who believes in providing customers with the highest level of service and wants to be part of a growing business.
The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor role will report directly to the Branch Manager.
The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor main duties are:
Answering the phone
Serving customers at the trade counter along with some account management
Return quotations and process orders
Proactively contact customers to ensure their needs are being met
Assist in other general duties both in the office and trade desk.
The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor will have / be:
Sales experience in a trade environment
Great team player
Excellent communication skills and good numeric skills
Excellent work ethic
A desire to learn new skills at the same time as utilising your existing experience to help this team generate great results for the company and, through our unique profit sharing scheme, for themselves
Knowledge of electrical products is needed for this role.
The Trade Sales/Internal Sales Advisor salary is £24-27k + pension + profit share
