Your new role

The Hospital performs more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. They have a friendly and motivated team of staff working in our state-of-the-art Theatre Department, where they offer a range of surgical specialities, including orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, and more.

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the perioperative journey. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team, make influential decisions, and develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with flexible shift patterns to suit your work-life balance. You will work 37.5 hours over 6 days, and receive a competitive salary of up to £37,000, depending on your level of experience, training, and qualification.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You must be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Have at least 12 months of experience in a theatre setting.
  • Experience in either scrub or anaesthetics is essential, as well as the ability to cover a wide range of surgical specialities.
