The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant. You will be responsible for the teamβs administrative requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contract packs
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
- Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
- Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
- Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:
- Self-motivated, able to work to deadlines and great IT skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail, good problem solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
The Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm
The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)
The Salary:
£12.10 per hour
