Description:
The Lead Generation/ Telesales Executive role has an important position in the company’s sales process. The role is focused on generating qualified early leads and opportunities by consistent telecalls to our defined customer sectors. Experience in B2B tele calling is necessary along with an aptitude to understand and learn about construction detailing. This role will involve liaising with the sales and marketing departments within the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead generation
- Identification of potential lead sources
- Meaningful phone conversations with identified outcomes
- Adding contact details to Hubspot CRM
- Sending well-crafted emails
- Managing follow-up calls
- Recording of all activity in CRM
- Identifying projects that represent a potential sale opportunity
- Follow up of projects until ready to hand over to a salesperson or estimator
Requirements:
- Previous experience & training in telemarketing
- Used and be proficient in Microsoft apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident, pleasant manner when speaking to customers on the phone
- Ability to touch-type
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Some previous commercial experience
- Alignment with, and commitment to the Nicholson company values
- The ability to make a call to someone who didn’t want to speak last time
- Been used to working to and meeting KPI targets
