Position Overview:
As a RetailTech Recruiter, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with top-tier talent in the RetailTech sector. This role is tailored for individuals with a keen interest in retail technology, providing an ideal platform to excel in the dynamic world of tech recruitment within the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates within the RetailTech sector.
- Utilise effective communication skills to engage with candidates and build lasting relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategic RetailTech recruitment plans.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in RetailTech or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in RetailTech.
- Right to work in the UK, either through British Citizenship or Presettled status.
