The role will include;
Providing support to customers both in the UK and globally
Developing and maximising opportunities
Attending exhibitions, conferences and customer sites
Travelling to customers as required for sales, demonstrations, training and support
You will need to demonstrate;
A strong technical ability
The ability to find the best solution for customers
Confident communication skills, on the telephone, via email and face to face
A flexible and proactive approach whilst being highly organised
Ideally qualified with a Science degree (or higher) in an area such as Natural Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Forensic Science or similar, this role may suit a graduate looking to enjoy a varied and challenging role.
