One of London’s leading Managed IT Service Providers is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join their team to act as the technical lead, creating solutions & proposals for a growing client base.
The organisation provides high-level Digital Transformation, Cloud, Managed IT Support to clients in Professional Services industry.
Role Overview:
- Take a consultative approach in explaining technical solutions to both new and existing clients
- Design & implement a range of complex projects from the ground up, including implementation
- Complete technical reviews of clients’ IT infrastructure, to ensure all systems are operating efficiently
- Act as the key point of contact for clients when it comes to infrastructure upgrade projects
- Play a key role in the pre-sales process, and advise on upgrades to infrastructure
- Ensure all projects are carefully documented and handed over to the infrastructure & senior technical team
Requirements Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of Presales & Architecture
- End-to-end project experience, from scoping, documenting, implementing, and support
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Stack, including Exchange
- Technical knowledge surrounding Office 365 security and Compliance
- Expertise in Azure Infrastructure
- Intune and Endpoint Manager
- SharePoint and Teams
- PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware / Hyper V
- Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Project management experience is highly advantageous
