Our client is a rapidly growing technology recruitment firm based in Surbiton. They specialise in connecting top-tier tech talent with leading companies in the industry. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a motivated Tech Recruiter to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify and attract top tech talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for tech roles.
Job Posting and Marketing: Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on relevant platforms, and employ marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of job opportunities.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients and candidates.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skills in demand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
