Milk Education are working with a primary school in Anfield . You will be supporting the children with their learning and development. This Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom. You will also be expected to work with groups of children and occasionally on a one-to-one basis as and when required.
Hours: 20 hours aweek

Your role & responsibilities:
· Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
· Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils whilst responding to their individual needs
· Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
· You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson
Non-negotiables:
· Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience within the last 3 months + supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles
Please note, candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) with children or a relevant setting are also welcome to apply!
· Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
· Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
· Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
