Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Providing individual and small group support to students in various subjects.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement creative lesson plans.

- Offering emotional support and encouragement to students, helping them build confidence and resilience.
- Assisting with classroom management and organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

- A willingness to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students.
- Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
- You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
- You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
