Your role & responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant Level 2:
- Work under the instruction of the class teacher
- Encourage participation of all pupils
- Support the delivery of quality learning both in the classroom or outside the main teaching area to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils
- Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development
Non-negotiables:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working within schools in the last 2 years
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
