Your role & responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant Level 2:
- Work under the guidance/ instruction or the class teacher
- Enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
- Support the delivery of quality learning both in the classroom or outside the main teaching area to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils
- To encourage the participation of all pupils
Non-negotiables:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential
- Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools
