This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for a tax expert to add value through their knowledge and experience, drive compliance processes, and increase their understanding of tax across the finance team and beyond.
As Tax Manager, you will report directly to the Group Head of Tax and act as the go-to person for local Financial Controllers. You’ll have responsibilities for;
* Provide regular ad hoc advice to the business
* Support R&D tax credit claim processes
* Contribute to the integration of acquired businesses into the Group’s tax processes
* Assist with year-end current and deferred tax provisioning and statutory disclosures.
* Managing relationships with all 3rd parties including HMRC
To be successful in this role, you will have progressed through the ranks with a mix of indirect/direct experience, You may be working for a firm of Tax Advisors and looking to make the switch to in-house, or you may be working in-house and looking for a step up in responsibility.
