Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for as systems engineer (Integration and Validation) Lead towork with a leader in aerospace technologies that are pushing the boundaries of the industry.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced system engineers who wants to take on a project with more authority on the functions ability to deliver successful programmes.
Responsibilities:
Our client’s Electronic Engineering sector has a n exciting opportunity for an Integration and Validation Lead (IVL) within their growing Integration and Validation (Systems Engineering) team. The IVL role is a diverse role, not only will you be involved in working with Equipment Teams across Electronic Engineering to ensure and execute robust assurance and compliance strategies, but you will also take on some Project Management responsibilities to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of task packages.
Core Skills:
- Must be eligible and welling to undergo SC security clearance.
- Experience of the Verification and Certification process
- Experience in managing and reporting on a work package.
- Experience of the Proving process associated methodologies (Environmental, EMC, and Electronic Functionality).
- Experience using DOORS.
Desirable Skills:
- Holds a current SC security clearance.
- An appreciation of electronics technologies and the types of products that Electronic Engineering (UK) design and produces would be an advantage.
- Experience in the aerospace & Defence sector
