My client are looking for an individual with lots of experience working with COINS ERP to join their team on a permanent basis as a System Manager.

My client are a well established organisation within the property/construction sector. They have a large presence across the UK and internationally and are continuing to broaden their horizons.

Description

As System Manager, you will take full ownership of the COINS ERP system within the organisation and will become the SME. You will build further capability and knowledge of how to best use the system and help to train colleagues across the business to enable them to get the best out of it.

You will work to configure the system in line with the needs of the organisation and help to develop its current ‘out of the box’ capabilities. You will collaborate effectively with the IT department to ensure that COINS remains secure.

You will be the point of contact for both internal users and the COINS software support team to address all queries. You will also have line management responsibility of one individual who will support you in all of the above.

Profile

The successful candidate must have previous experience working with the COINS ERP system. This may be in the capacity of a System Manager or you may have a background as an IT Manager, Business Analyst or Project Manager. My client are also open to bringing in somebody who has worked in the front end as a user but if this is the case, you must have very advanced knowledge of the system.

You must have in-depth knowledge of the property/construction sector and have strong communication skills. You must have the ability to organise workload effectively and efficiently.
