Systems Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Engineer to join a leading consultancy based The United Kingdom, Spain or Portugal. This leading organisation are looking for a Systems Engineer who has experience of both Linux and Windows Systems as well as knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka and containers would be preferred. As the Systems Engineer who will be mainly working on-prem however having exposure of Azure would be advantageous. You will get the opportunity to work on several exciting and vital projects to ensure the development of the organisations systems continue to improve for one of the UK’s largest organisations.
The Systems Engineer will have a vast amount of experience working with Cassandra and PostgreSQL while also having knowledge of Shell / Batch Scripts to be able to hit the ground running. It is also important that you are a self-starter and a confident communicator who is able to work with a wide range of stakeholders. The interview process will be fully remote, and they are looking for candidates to start ASAP. You will be able to work within a fully remote position.
Skills required for the Systems Engineer are:
– Previous experience of Linux / Windows
– Knowledge Shell / Batch Scripts
– Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with key stakeholders.
