Requirements: Complex Care experience,
We have a promising new opportunity available for the right individual to work with a young boy we support in the Orpington, Bromley area. He faces challenges such as Chronic Lung Disease and Tracheomalacia
In this role, you will seamlessly integrate into his night daily routine, providing companionship, assisting with personal care, and adeptly managing her complex care and medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure tracheostomy is insitu at all times
- Observe for any signs of respiratory distress
- Ventilation overnight
- Maintain feeding regime and medication administration orally.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
- Ensure the individual’s safety and well-being at all times
- Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
- Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
