Support Worker
Rainham, Kent
£22,105 per annum (pro rata)
Full Time
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our small team at Beacon close, to work with us in Rainham, Kent supporting 3 men with learning disabilities and autism. The people we support require support with their day to day lives and enjoy cookery classes, house shopping, theatre trips, going to the cinema, lunches out, visiting country parks and pub trips! Rainham train station is a 10 minute walk and there are local buses from other areas of Medway a 5 minute walk away.

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care and administering medication
