Responsibilities:
- Timely goods receipts in SAP for batches manufactured at CMOs to allow batches to be shipped/released in line with supply plans and creation of inspection lots for fill and packs from CMO.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the correct campaign dates within Seqirus systems for planned manufacturing at CMO during campaign to drive accurate release prediction. Input of split batches in trackers and Rapid Response
- Management of CMO inventory in SAP, working with Finance and KAM to ensure all redundant material is correctly dispositioned and system inventory is aligned to physical CMO inventory.
- Management of CMO campaign trackers, working with CMOs, Global Logistics, QA and Supply Chain teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Verification of Tracker data vs conditional release documents.
- Track campaign progress, evaluate and correctly communicate across the organisation using transparent and consistent data to drive decisions.
- Management of sample shipment, ensuring sample shipment tracker is accurate, liaising with Global logistics, Quality and CMOs to ensure timely shipment of samples.
Support the CMO campaign monitoring and decision-making process through the creation and development of analytical tools and BI reporting. Championing and drive digital opportunities and integration with CMOs.
Qualifications:
- English fluent (speaking and writing).
- Proven supply chain relevant experience.
- Demonstrated organisation skills to manage external companies through KPIs and negotiation experience.
- Strong analytical skills exercised in a Supply Chain environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively manage detail when required and the knowledge to know when that is required.
- A self-starter with the drive to seek out new solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure they are delivered.
- SAP (or similar) ERP system dexterity and understanding, strong excel skills.
- Modelling tools in Excel and using business software to drive solutions.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to distil key decisions from complex data and environment.
Preferred:
- Power BI
- Understands Seqirus manufacturing technology or has the technical capability to grasp this technology and its evolution.
