STUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE
An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading universities in Europe as a Student Recruitment Executive on a 9-month contract basis!
STUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Implementing recruitment measures, monitoring the effectiveness of these plans to key performance indicators, while maintaining assigned KPIs * Supporting other teams, such as Admissions and Marketing during peak enrolment times with school visits and fairs, assisting with organisation and logistics * Building and maintaining positive relationships on both the UK domestic and wider international scale with key recruitment sources * Conducting competitor analysis and researching industry trends to identify new market opportunities and recruitment events, and staying up-to-date on the latest information * Working with the Recruitment Manager to Identify efficiencies and build retention plan from undergraduate to postgraduate enrolment * Implementing the agreed student conversion plans using a combination of tactics * Serving as the primary point of contact for programmes, offering guidance and recommendations to potential students regarding their choice of programme
STUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:
* Minimum 12 months experience at a higher education institution * Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience * Ability to communicate well at all levels and build effective relationships * High level of accuracy and attention to detail
