My client are leaders in Technology and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of product development and are looking for a permanent Storeman.
Core Responsibilities
- To ensure goods are correctly booked in on the computer system
- Booking goods in/out for despatch or workshop use
- Picking parts in accordance with the picking list
- Prepare goods for despatch
- Maintenance of bin location and other information
- Identifying shortages and informing purchasing/production control
- Checking paperwork for accuracy
- Data entry of stores transactions on computer systemCycle counting of parts
- Loading/unloading trucks with incoming/outgoing goods using a forklift truck
Professional Experience & Education:
- Previous experience within a storeman/warehouse role
- Current forklift licence essential
- Experience of computer stock systems and data entry
- Previous logistics experience (desirable)
Package Details:
- 36.5 working week; 07:00 – 15:00 Mon – Thurs and Fri 07:00 13:30
- 20 days holiday (pro rata)
