About:
Well established Italian ladies ready to wear fashion brand
Well known for their high quality fabrics and stylish collections
Exponentially growing and expanding worldwide, exclusive location in Antwerp.
Responsibilities:
Have a strong network of clients to bring to the business, implementing and developing the CRM in store
Motivate and inspire the team members to achieve the Business goals and driving the KPI’s, always providing training
Responsable of Stock management, Operations and ensure deadlines are met and communicated to HQ
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail
Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
Fluent in German, Italian and/or English.
Offering:
Salary up to €90000 annual basic salary based on experience
Commissions + Company benefits
