The role:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining exisiting partner and sponsor relationships, identifying new opportunities with key business stakeholders. Basing your decisions on ensuring all sponsorships and partnerships are viable commercial opportunties for the business, you will be responsible for a budget and the success of the partnership/sponsorsip.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, researching, and approaching potential partners and sponsors within the industry
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors
  • Measuring the ROI of the partnership or sponsorship, reporting results to the business and using as inputs to future prioritization
  • Overseeing the execution of the sponsorship or partnerships from beginning to end, including supporting on-site presence at trade shows, co-branded webinars, co-branded or sponsored marketing opportunities
  • Regularly reviewing and optimizing partner and sponsor agreements and contracts
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize partnership and sponsorship value
  • Managing sponsorship activations and ensuring alignment with the business’ brand vision and goals
  • Reporting partnership and sponsorship performance and progress to senior management

About you:

  • Experience in partnership and sponsorship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of the commodities market and industry trends would be beneficial but not necessary
