Role Purpose
As a trusted member of the Solutions Consulting and Technical Sales Team, the Solutions Consultant’s the primary role is to support the sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and demonstrate product capabilities. You will be the technical guide throughout the sales process, able to determine the customers’ needs and requirements and in turn supporting the sales team in creating the vision to solve customer challenges.
The role will be responsible for building technical relationships with our sales and technical/development team, customers, and partners and will also work collaboratively with management to understand business needs and goals.
The role will also identify ways to increase sales and customer engagement, whilst acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of eMite’s solution.
eMite has a growing team in EMEA so the expectation is that you will support both pre-sales and post-sales activity.
Accountabilities and Key Result Areas (not limited to)
- Develop eMite customer presentations for the purpose of demonstrating business objectives.
- Develop and architect multifaceted analytics solutions through eMite’s consultative process.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, specifically around reporting and analytics.
- Capture customer requirements and draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answering questions & demonstrating product.
- Ensuring the customers objectives are elicited, captured, understood and delivered against.
- Use the product to craft solutions to complex customer problems.
- Securing input from all necessary solution stakeholders both internally and within the client group.
- Identify ways to increase sales or diversify product (if able to do so).
- Identify ways to increase customers engagement.
- Collaborate with management to understand business needs and goals.
- Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of eMite’s solution / product.
- Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities with the customer group.
- Consult on Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Customer Experience best practices.
- Continually develop your knowledge around technical advancements within these industries.
- Offer a solid expertise and understanding around the eMite solution.
- Assist in authoring persuasive responses to requests for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP).
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members, key people leaders (internal and external) and stakeholders using effective communication strategies.
- You are both an individual contributor as well as a team member, do right by both.
- Perform other duties/activities as directed by the Solution Consultant Team Lead and/or Senior Leadership, within your scope of practice and skill set.
Selection Criteria
Skills,Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 + years’ experience in a Pre-sales or consulting role and demonstrated experience and knowledge of giving live demonstrations and developing presentation material.
- Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Current knowledge around technical advancements and a desire to continually learn new processes.
- An ability to prepare and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Sound interpersonal skills/demonstratable ability to work with enterprise organisations and build client relationships.
- Experience in B2BSaaS company is a major plus and strong aptitude for technology.
- Be an articulate & compelling speaker capable of communicating the value of eMite’s solution to all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to navigate high level conversations.
- Smart thinker, innovator, decision-maker who can inspire customer loyalty.
- Can work with a high degree of autonomy.

Highly Desirable
- Contact centre reporting / KPI knowledge and experience.
- Business intelligence / data analytics / application and web development experience.
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms and technologies, i.e., Amazon web services.
- Security knowledge as it relates to enterprise application deployment and regulatory requirements (PCI, GDPRetc).
- Knowledge of CCaaS providers and wider Contact centre landscape (WFM, CX, etc.)
- Experience working with and manipulating web-based APIs
- Able to speak Arabic is highly desirable.
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm (Flexible)
