Position: Solicitor/Associate – Private Client
Location: Leatherhead
Salary is negotiable on candidate experience
About the candidate:
PQE 4+ years
Must be able to work on-site during probation period
Experience of trust matters and Court of Protection matters would be beneficial (not essential)
Preferred to have specialist accreditations such as STEP or SFE.
Responsibilities
Developing and growing private client service
Enhancing the experience of current clients
Manage a mixed caseload that includes wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney
Ability to work with a broad or mixed client base
