The Job:
On behalf of our client, in central Bristol, we are seeking a Software Integration Manager. This is joining our client at an exciting time and they are looking for someone who has a background in managing projects from start to finish in a fast moving tech environment as an Implementation Consultant.
Projects are typically short (6-8 weeks) and in this role you will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing new clients through a free trial and integration period of the product.
Requirements gathering and configuration of the software product based of customer need.
Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as well as creative thinking
Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions to stakeholders.
Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identifying risks to management
Manage customer and internal resources to ensure project milestones are met.
Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met
Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike.
Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel.
Develop a broad knowledge of the product, services and industry to enable you to understand the customer requirements and provide creative solutions.
Participating in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation.
The Person:
For this role as a Software Integration Manager
our client is seeking the following skills and experience:
Previous experience implementing a SaaS product.
High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Great communication skills
Confident and engaged with work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
