The Job:
On behalf of our client, in central Bristol, we are seeking a Software Integration Manager. This is joining our client at an exciting time and they are looking for someone who has a background in managing projects from start to finish in a fast moving tech environment as an Implementation Consultant.
Projects are typically short (6-8 weeks) and in this role you will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing new clients through a free trial and integration period of the product.
- Requirements gathering and configuration of the software product based of customer need.
- Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as well as creative thinking
- Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identifying risks to management
- Manage customer and internal resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike.
- Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel.
- Develop a broad knowledge of the product, services and industry to enable you to understand the customer requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Participating in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation.
The Person:
For this role as a Software Integration Manager
our client is seeking the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience implementing a SaaS product.
- High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great communication skills
- Confident and engaged with work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking – 100% office based
The Hours:
Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week
