Premier Work Support is pleased to be partnering with a luxury retail showroom who are looking for a permanent Showroom Manager to be based in their Notting Hill Showroom
Duties:
To meet personal sales and margin targets and to assist with management of all aspects of the showroom in order to meet defined KPI’s.
Meet personal and team sales and margin targets.
Assist Showroom Director with regular reporting on personal and showroom team sales as directed, against defined KPI’s to include health and safety; sales and margin; account opening; customer service; penetration of own brand and other high margin products
Assist Showroom Director in ensuring showroom team adheres to all company procedures and processes and strive to find and implement new ones that improve the business.
Support Showroom Director with performance management of the showroom team
Document all dealings with customer complaints and resolve problems effectively.
Propose investments to assure that the showroom meets the standards expected.
Contribute as directed to wider company initiatives, including business planning, product development and budgeting.
To be successful in this role it is essential to have bathroom sales experience
The Showroom is open 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, so the working hours will fit in around these hours, with a 37.5 hour working week.
