Shipping Clerk – Eastleigh
This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing courier company as a Shipping Clerk, based onsite in their office in Eastleigh.
Role:
- Full time Monday-Friday (No Weekends)
- 9am-5pm – However flexibility is required, so may be a slightly later/earlier finish
- Office Based – SO50 postcode
- Perm
- Salary between £25-£30k
- Full training provided
- Free onsite parking
Day to day task:
- Responding to emails
- Answering calls
- Raising necessary courier labels from internal system
- Quoting customers regarding courier needs
- Monitoring and updating all deliveries
- Assisting with queries and any problems
- Covering drivers for when they are on annual leave/off sick
Knowledge/Experience required:
- Computer literate
- knowledge of Import/Export & International Shipping
- Strong communication skills – phone, email, face to face
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Valid UK driving licence
