Bond Williams Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Service Charge Accountants (including Seniors with experience) for one of the largest and most experienced residential property management companies in the UK who are managing in the region of 3,700 developments. Vacancies are available in New Milton, Luton and Leicester – all good working environments.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will need to take full responsibility of a client portfolio of your own and this will include: * Analysing financial reports, including income and expenditure and balance sheets; recommending actions * Production and management of budgets * Liaise with Operations team to communicate the Service Charge financials * Assisting with driving and improving performance through analysing deviations from forecasts/budgets * Working as part of a wider team in order to achieve department goals
You will ideally need to have previous experience of Service Charge accounting, but if you have good general accounting experience and have a high attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills this role could be a great opportunity for you to join and get on the job training and support.
You will also need to be self motivated and a good team player. Strong Excel is essential and knowledge of Qube would be an advantage. Would suit an active AAT/ACCA student but if you have experience of service charge accounting this is not essential.
