Administrator
OA are currently working with a well established business that are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the team!
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm
- Weekly Pay – £12.82 an hour
- Immediate start
- Temporary opportunity (could go permanent)
- Free on-site parking
- Hybrid working, after completion of training
Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer clains and record all details
- Arranging engineering site visits and record these in a database
- Communicate with in-house engineers to support customers
- Keep track of costs
- Support administration across the department
Administrator – Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a service / scheduling department
- Previous administration / customer service experience
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft and strong PC skills
