The Senior Security Advisory Consultant provides day to day delivery of the cybersecurity practice groups range of services based on the principles of CIA, with a primary focus on services relating to Governance, Risk and Compliance.
You will be a PCI-DSS Qualified Security Assessor, leading on the delivery and support of cybersecurity projects and engagements and be accountable for the progression and fulfilment of those services to meet professional standards and client requirements defined in the SoWs;
The role will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of Security Advisory services such as ISO/IEC 27001 services (audit, implementation and consultancy), NIST consultancy, client assessments, Third-Party assessments, Implementation of ISMS, vSecurity Roles and other cybersecurity engagements.
Within this role, scoping and presales activities such as maturity assessment work will be a key focus as well as managing a team where the Senior Security Advisory Consultant will be providing support and mentoring to team members/colleagues to help them meet the day to day challenges of delivery and support in their professional development;
For this role, you will have at least an ISO/IEC 27001:2013/2022 Lead Auditor certification/ ISO/IEC 27001:2013/2022 Lead Implementer certification, ISO/IEC 27001:2013/2022 Lead Implementer certification or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Implementer certification. Candidates will also have the NIST foundation Practioner certification and PCI-DSS QSA certification.
There is an expectation that Senior Security Consultant will have previous knowledge with risk management and have prior client facing consulting experience. You’ll be comfortable liaising with clients, understanding clients concerns and requirements. For this role SC clearance would be required.
