Our clients are a well known and successful estate agents based in the Cheam area and they are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior sales negotiator or sales negotiator to join the team.
To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of one years experience in the industry, live local to the area, be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS office and estate agency software systems, be a car owner, as well as smart, articulate and have good attention to detail.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Register and service applicants.
generate and carry out sales valuations.
Book and carry out viewings.
Negotiate sales with all parties.
Communicate with third parties.
Administration duties.
Write up property details.
Assist the team with the general day to day business.
Five day week including Saturdays.
