We allow start times between 7am and 9am, take an hour for lunch and finish 8 hours after you start. Requirements for these roles. Essential
* Be currently working as a recruitment agent in blue-collar labour * To be able to demonstrate billing success on a temp model, we are looking for high achievers * Having done both business development and candidate attraction in a 360-role * Either 18 months of recruitment experience and a university degree or 4.5 years of recruitment experience (due to visa) * Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable
* already having been promoted to senior consultant * experience managing and mentoring trainees
Visa requirements For the first 6 months, you must be eligible for an Australian working holiday visa, which requires you to be between 18-35 years old and not have already used your three visas.
After a successful first 6 months in the business Engineering Trades Australia will pay to move you to a sponsored visa, the requirements of the sponsorship are either 2 years of recruitment experience and a degree 5 years of experience. This includes the 6 months in Australia, hence essential requirements are 6 months less than this.
