Commission

Our employment contracts pay you for 38 hours, but we only require you to come to work for 34.
We allow start times between 7am and 9am, take an hour for lunch and finish 8 hours after you start.

Requirements for these roles.
Essential
* Be currently working as a recruitment agent in blue-collar labour
* To be able to demonstrate billing success on a temp model, we are looking for high achievers
* Having done both business development and candidate attraction in a 360-role
* Either 18 months of recruitment experience and a university degree or 4.5 years of recruitment experience (due to visa)
* Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable
* already having been promoted to senior consultant
* experience managing and mentoring trainees
Visa requirements
For the first 6 months, you must be eligible for an Australian working holiday visa, which requires you to be between 18-35 years old and not have already used your three visas.
After a successful first 6 months in the business Engineering Trades Australia will pay to move you to a sponsored visa, the requirements of the sponsorship are either 2 years of recruitment experience and a degree 5 years of experience. This includes the 6 months in Australia, hence essential requirements are 6 months less than this.
